For EU Customers

Please note: the "14-day cooling-off period" under EU Directive 2023/2673, EUR-Lex Consolidated Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 2) and the exemptions listed in Article 16(c): DOES NOT APPLY TO GOODS MADE TO ORDER or "goods made to the consumer's specifications."

As far as I understand it, this exception would include all ObscuraFlex made-to-order products, adapters, kits, and accessories which are manufactured and assembled on-demand, to the customer's selected camera/phone/lens configuration and are considered "goods made to the consumer's specifications". Accordingly, the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to standard off-the-shelf products does not apply.

For any other items, please note that you are responsible for the costs of shipping/postage and packaging as stated in the ObscuraFlex Refund Policy Page.
