OBSCURAFLEX PRO MOUNTS

Part of the new "ObscuraFlex Pro" ecosystem. 

New ObscuraFlex Pro mounts will fit ObscuraFlex Pro adapters with the new 70mm bayonet opening. Choose the specific mount for your digital camera model below. 

Some mounts have "Long" and "Short" options available. 

LONG: for digital cameras with close focus limitations to work with smaller formats (such as the Mamiya 6x9 and Graflok 2x3) AND on 4x5 cameras the digital camera will capture the full image area, with the edge of the adapter visible on all sides so nothing is copped. Some spill may be visible outside the image area creating an organic border which I personally enjoy. 

SHORT: for a more compact/practical appearance when mounted, and to more completely fill the digital frame. Some cropping of the image will occur. For example, a 4x5 image area will appear closer to 5x7 aspect ratio, with a little cropped off the top and bottom. This utilizes more digital resolution than cropping the image later, and allows cameras with in-camera crop features to produce border-free images directly from the camera without editing. Note: SHORT mounts are NOT COMPATIBLE with Graflok 2x3 and Mamiya 6x9 adapter bodies due to the shorter focusing distance.

ObscuraFlex Pro adapters can be made backwards compatible with the original ObscuraFlex "Twist-Lock" phone cradles by using the Twist-Lock Converter.

SHIPPING TIMES: We ship worldwide. Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basic. Most items are made to order and have a 2 to 3 week production time, this can be longer if volume is higher. Please plan accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duty imposed by your country's government, these cost are NOT included in the purchase price and are your responsibility.

PROTOTYPE: The ObscuraFlex™ system is still in active development and is constantly being tweaked and improved. The version you receive will be the latest version available and may not be visually identical to the version pictured here.
