Refund policy

ObscuraFlex is a one-person design and innovation project. Think of it like a Kickstarter or GoFundMe project, which, unlike normal online retail DOES involve some risk on your part. 

The items you purchase here are custom made to order, at a high production cost, with very little markup or profit. A substantial portion of the cost goes directly to the on-demand manufacturing process. This is the only way a niche product like the ObscuraFlex™ can exist with all the custom integrations and combinations. 

Because of this we do not offer cancellation policy once your order is in production, this usually occurs within a few days of placing your order. Additionally orders cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances once shipped.

If you are not comfortable with this policy, please do not place an order.

Please check your order very carefully before checkout and email immediately with any questions or concerns if you need to request changes.
