At a fraction of the cost of modern ground glass, ObscuraFlex™ focusing screens are a breakthrough proprietary solution resulting from years of development, testing, and research. Specifically formulated for digital image capture, our screens produce a smoother, crisper, and more even exposure than any other medium we have tested.
ObscuraFlex™ screens are intended for use with our adapters only and are not a replacement for a traditional ground glass.
INSTALLATION: ObscuraFlex™ 4x5 screens are rigid and will either be held in place with the retaining clips on your existing groundglass back (see pictures), or installed in your ObscurFlex adapter depending on the model.
Screens precisely match the standard glass size of each camera:
GRAFLEX SPEED & CROWN: 4.8in x 3.9in (~121.5mm x 100mm)
GRAFLOK/LINHOF/CHAMONIX: 4.9in x 3.9in (~127 x 100mm)
