While you're here, may I suggest you take a look at my twist-lock lens board system? A simple idea of my own design that allows you to quickly swap lenses, not just on one camera, but between multiple cameras with otherwise incompatible lens boards.
These boards are 3D printed in solid, opaque "black" nylon using an SLS printer which uses a high-powered laser to fuse powdered medium resulting in solid plastic parts with slightly rough, matte, dark grey surface.
The thickness varies by camera design but is as thick as practical to achieve a balance between cost and rigidity while meeting the clearance requirements of each camera's locking mechanism. For consistency and compatibility the thickness of the area immediately surrounding each opening is maintained at 2mm.
Note: These boards have no indentations for the registration or rotation posts sometimes found on older lenses. The registration screws can usually be removed from lenses, or you may choose to drill a shallow hole (1mm deep) in the plastic board without penetrating the plastic.
The dark grey matte finish has not caused internal light-bounce issues in my experience, but if you want to add a matte black finish I recommend water-based acrylic paint such as 99.4% Musou Black or Molotow Paint Markers.
